Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose the size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it with the chart for the best fit.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, modifications aren't possible.
HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we're super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse,

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below that amount.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 10–12 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet ! But exceptions can always be made. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do..
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed products with original tags. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
Q: Can I exchange a product for a different size?
A: Yes, size exchanges are allowed. Just make sure the item is in original condition and request an exchange within 7 days.

A: Yes, we proudly design and manufacture all Zenwise clothing in India.
