What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?
All products purchased from Zenwise.in are applicable for Return/Exchange.
Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 7days of the order delivery.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at admin@zenwise.in or Whatsapp us at +91 8999983255 and we will get back to you.
Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range and you can apply for exchange only once. For 2nd Exchange order we charge rs.100/-.
Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
To schedule an exchange/return please mail us at admin@zenwise.in with your order details.
Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
While exchanging the Products which are purchased, In case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded to original payment method.
Please Note:
For "sale product" - Rs.100/- will be charged for Return/replacement.
For "999/- offer and order below 349/-" Rs.150/- will be charged for Return/replacement.
How do I self-ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
